Industry Accounting Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Director of Data Center Operations to lead the operational strategy and optimize performance across our multi-campus data center portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of data center operations, emphasizing commissioning, sustained operations, maintenance, and reliability, with a commitment to safety, uptime, efficiency, and sustainability. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can foster a high-performing operations team while ensuring consistent operational excellence and best practices across all locations. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, representing our company to clients and the Board. Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in data center operations management, demonstrating success in leading teams and managing significant data center capacity. We are looking for a leader with a strong data-driven mindset, exceptional operational skills, and the ability to track and report on performance metrics. You will also serve as the primary contact for customers regarding operational updates and incident management, necessitating the executive presence to engage effectively with C-Suite executives and present to Boards of Directors. A graduate degree, preferably an MBA, is required, alongside experience in data center development and construction. This position is essential in fulfilling our mission to deliver state-of-the-art, sustainable data centers to meet the increasing demand for high-performance infrastructure.
