
Sales Account Associate / Sales Manager

We are a growing Asian snack company located in South San Francisco specializing in premium jerky and shelf-stable snack products, expanding across national and regional retail channels. We are seeking a Sales Account Associate / Sales Manager to support direct customer accounts, work with brokers, and working with Sales Team in driving disciplined, sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone with food sales experience who is eager to learn and grow into a full Sales Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Support and manage direct retail accounts, with interaction and coordination with brokers
Support pricing strategy, promotions, and contract discussions
Coordinate with operations, production, and marketing teams
Track and report sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and forecasts
Travel is required for food shows, buyer meetings and other industry specific events
What We’re Looking For
Prior exposure to fast moving consumer goods, food, grocery, or products sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn strategic account management while supporting day-to-day sales execution
Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling multiple priorities
Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of growing into increased responsibility over time
Any experience with KeHE and/or UNFI accounts strongly preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the multi-channel CPG experience preferred (Specialty, Mass, Grocery, Club).
Bilingual in Chinese preferred but not required
Hybrid role with a mix of remote work, office collaboration, and field activity
Travel required for trade shows, customer meetings, and store visits
Compensation
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)
