$90,000–$110,000 Base + Bonus + Growing Equity

What You’ll Own
Marketing accounts and negotiating terms with carriers
Managing renewals and new business submissions
Partnering with underwriters to secure competitive coverage
Ensuring policies are structured correctly and delivered on time
Building strong, long‑term client relationships
What You Bring
3+ years in commercial insurance brokerage
Confidence working directly with carriers
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
Ability to handle volume without dropping details
P&C License preferred
