We've partnered with a growing and entrepreneurial insurance organization seeking a

Commercial Lines Account Manager

to support and service a portfolio of commercial clients while working closely with carriers and underwriting partners.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a

commercial insurance brokerage environment

who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating with carriers, and managing the full lifecycle of commercial policies.

The team is looking for someone who is

driven, detail-oriented, and accountable , with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within a fast-moving organization.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day servicing for a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts

Support policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and coverage updates

Work directly with carriers and underwriters to market and place policies

Assist with negotiating terms and coordinating submissions with carrier partners

Review policy documents to ensure accuracy prior to distribution

Maintain organized policy documentation and client records within the agency management system

Respond to client inquiries and provide proactive service and support

Coordinate internally with brokers and underwriting partners to move accounts forward efficiently

What They’re Looking For

3+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience

Experience supporting commercial lines / P&C accounts

Familiarity working with carriers, underwriters, or wholesale brokers

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License preferred

Experience using Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
