
Event Sales Coordinator

Overview
Oversee all operational policies, procedures, controls and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets, inventory and resources.
Pursue continuous development and education to enhance image, quality and offerings of Beve Bar, Golf and Toptracer Operations.
Perform weekly/monthly/annual reporting and documentation responsibilities such as monthly reports, monthly hours, injury reports, etc.
Update Social Media content for all departments including Tik‑Tok, Facebook, Instagram, and Website Information.
Collaborate with other departments to create and distribute monthly newsletters.
Create and distribute all flyers and other marking materials (ie business cards)
Plan and organize activities including parties, corporate events, group outings, social activities for Top‑Tracer Range, and Beve Bar and Grill
Assist golf shop with distribution of tournament information results, signups, and pairings postings and information regarding events on property.
Document all tournaments & events with pictures, videos, social media and postings to keep facility present in the media.
Creating Invoices and Quotes and communicating with potential clients to relay information about upcoming events
Follow Up Emails and Letters to ensure a high level of service to create reoccurring business and understanding execution of events.
Marketing and Maximizing Rental Space
Working directly with other departments to coordinate events and create BEO's for all department needs
Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commissioned sales role within the hospitality or events industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred
College coursework in hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
Experience establishing marketing and prospecting programs to drive event revenues.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Strong mentorship skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and
