Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial coating sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong emphasis on working with industrial contractors, architects, and design engineers. This role is vital in expanding our market presence and building relationships with distributor sales networks across our key markets. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial contractors, architects, and design engineers to facilitate product specifications and project approvals. Understand and articulate product applications, advantages, and performance characteristics to customers. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial coating sector. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create appropriate promotional materials and presentations. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to anticipate changes and strategically position Crown Polymers products. Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industrial and commercial floor coatings or related industry. Strong understanding of product applications and technical specifications associated with industrial floor coatings. Hands-on floor coating application experience in a huge plus. Established network of contacts within industrial contractors, distribution networks, and engineering firms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
