
Territory Account Manager – Industrial Epoxy Flooring

We are seeking a high-energy
Territory Account Manager
to lead our expansion in the Northeast. You can be located anywhere in this region or the East Coast. This role is dedicated to the growth of our
resinous flooring portfolio , focusing on heavy-duty industrial and commercial environments. You will be responsible for selling high-performance
epoxy, urethane cement, and polyaspartic floor coatings
to a diverse client base, including food and beverage plants, pharmaceutical labs, and large-scale manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth:
Drive revenue by selling
seamless resinous floor systems
to industrial end-users and specialized flooring contractors. Technical Specification:
Work closely with architects and engineers to get our
liquid-applied flooring
specified for new construction and facility retrofits. Contractor Relations:
Identify, train, and support a network of
certified flooring applicators
to ensure expert installation of our resin systems. Field Consultation:
Perform job-site walks to evaluate concrete substrates and recommend the appropriate
resinous solution
for moisture mitigation, chemical resistance, or thermal shock. Market Strategy:
Execute a territory plan that prioritizes high-traffic industrial zones across the Northeast. Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of proven success selling
resinous flooring, industrial coatings, or specialty construction chemicals . Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of
epoxy chemistries, trowel-down mortars, and decorative broadcast systems . Northeast Network:
Existing relationships with
industrial flooring contractors
and facility managers in the region. Travel:
Willingness to travel 50–60% throughout the multi-state territory.
