We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Inside Sales Representative to support our client's sales team during a high‑volume period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, is comfortable in a fast‑paced call center environment, and has a track record of meeting sales or productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound inquiries with a sales‑driven, customer‑focused approach
Present products/services and clearly communicate value propositions
Qualify leads and document interactions within the CRM system
Follow up on warm leads and nurture potential sales opportunities
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and sales targets
Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and follow‑ups
Collaborate with team members and elevate issues when needed
Qualifications
Previous call center, inside sales, or customer service experience required
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
Comfortable making high volumes of calls each day
Ability to learn product information quickly and articulate it effectively
Reliable, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a metrics‑driven environment
Proficiency in CRM or call center software preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
