Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of computers, networks, cameras, Afimilk and SenseHub dairy products. The ability to build strong relationships with dairy producers is vital to your success in this role. At Michigan Dairy Tech, we believe in providing exceptional customer service and follow through.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers within the dairy farming industry in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
Present and demonstrate the benefits of our IT products and milking equipment to producers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Provide product training and support to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the agricultural or IT sectors.
Strong knowledge of dairy farming practices and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Michigan.
