Position Overview The Licensed Account Manager is a field‑based role reporting to the Market Vice President. This position serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) partners and is responsible for supporting care delivery, improving clinical and quality outcomes, and advancing Longevity’s presence and performance within assigned facilities. Additionally, the Licensed Account Manager functions as a Sales Executive, responsible for achieving monthly I‑SNP enrollment goals through compliant sales presentations, referral development, and strong collaboration with SNF partners.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned SNF partners and support care delivery.
Improve clinical and quality outcomes for long‑term care residents.
Advance Longevity Health’s presence and performance within assigned facilities.
Achieve monthly I‑SNP enrollment goals through compliant sales presentations and referral development.
Collaborate closely with SNF partners to drive growth and ensure high‑quality service.
Requirements
License to sell Medicare—Health Insurance Producer License, or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
Auto liability insurance declaration page with minimum limits of $100,000 bodily injury, $300,000 property damage, and combined single limit of $300,000; proof must be provided annually.
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of healthcare industry experience with focus on provider relations, contracting, and business development.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities to all levels of staff and management.
Strong written and verbal project management and coordination skills.
Understanding of complex managed‑care contractual arrangements and high‑volume services.
Comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Home environment and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
