Parts Counter Rep
to maintain inventory and parts for a truck and trailer repair dealership. Parts Counter Rep Tasks
Sells parts to customers at the counter, over the telephone, or through the repair shops. Assists customers in determining and selecting appropriate parts. Provides price quotes and other parts information. Pulls and fills parts orders from stock. Prepares orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up. Participates in annual physical inventory. Assists manager with maintaining lost sales tracking program. Keeps front counter and parts areas clean and free of clutter. Six to twelve months parts experience or training Heavy duty truck experience preferred Parts Counter Rep Skills and Requirements
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License High school diploma/GED required 2+ years’ experience in inventory control Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communications skills Able to lift 20-50 pounds without restriction Benefits
