We are currently looking for a Commercial Account Manager in the Raleigh area that is willing to make the commitment to safety, customer service standards, and make quality a constant priority.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the activities of multiple crews as they install product on commercial jobsites.
Meet with clients for “formal walkthroughs” on jobsites to give instructions.
Keep clients as up to date as possible on any changes and working to build client – service relationships.
Lead and facilitate or in the resolution of customer concerns.
Communicate daily with staff of client needs and job progress to ensure all expectations are met in a timely manner.
After scheduling installation jobs this person must have the flexibility to add or change things at a moment’s notice.
Ensuring a safe environment for employees, customers, and the public.
Doing onsite inspections during jobs and upon completion.
Finalizing invoices for billing once jobs are completed.
Basic Qualifications
Customer Service Background
Valid Driver’s License
Must have outstanding customer service and follow up skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to work early morning, long hours, and some weekends during seasonal rush
Bilingual is a plus
A general familiarity with the Raleigh / Durham area
Ability to travel regionally
Basic proficiency with Google Suite / Microsoft Outlook
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
