Roofing Estimator/Sales/Supervisor - Solid understanding of various types of roof structures Ability to evaluate current roof conditions Knowledge of the various choices of roofing materials Ability to communicate with a customer in a manner they'll understand: · Need for a new roof · The various materials to be used and their function · The various stages of the roofing project Ability to calculate a roof bid, write up a proposal, present it to the customer and close the deal. Minimum 5 yrs experience in Roofing Comprehensive understanding of roofing process Knowledge of various roofing materials Must be able to manage a crew and schedule their work flow Responsibilities: · Schedule roofing projects · Schedule material deliveries · Manage crew's workflow to keep them productive · Make structural decisions when dealing with rot repair · Maintain inventory of materials, tools & equipment · Interact with customer o Keep them informed of the process o Resolve any issue
Skill set requirements: · Roofing · Carpentry · MS Office programs · Digital satellite measuring tools such as Hover, Quick Measure, Eagle View reports · Time and Team Management
Wage: - $27/hr. and up, depending on experience
