Position Overview

The

Project Manager (PM)

is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role manages day-to-day project activities, coordinates resources, and ensures campaigns are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The PM works closely with marketing, creative, and external partners to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of confirmed multi-channel digital marketing projects, including websites, email campaigns, content creation, and social media.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Prepare and review project briefs that serve as the source of truth for all campaign information.

Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.

Coordinate creative, technical, and marketing resources to meet deadlines.

Track project performance, ensuring quality and budget adherence.

Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving project processes.

Ensure timely submission of high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in digital marketing, agency or creative environments.

Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.

The salary range for this position is $63,000 to $90,000, with the final offer based on a combination of factors, including education, relevant experience, skills, prior training, internal equity, and local geographic market data. Hybrid:

Candidates located within commuting distance of our New York, NY or San Francisco, CA offices follow a hybrid schedule, with two in-office days per week.
