Must have Salesforce FSC experience Job Title: Business Analyst – Salesforce FSC Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support business and technology initiatives in the financial services domain. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and Salesforce administrators. The candidate will help design and improve processes related to client onboarding, financial accounts, and relationship management within Salesforce. Responsibilities include creating user stories, process flows, and supporting UAT activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of financial services operations such as banking, wealth management, or insurance. Salesforce platform knowledge and FSC exposure are highly preferred.
