Salesforce Business/Product Analyst needed to support development of Product roadmap for integration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Must Haves: 4-yr Technical degree 6+ yrs of IT/Engineering (no more than 8 yrs overall, budget limitations) 3+ yrs of managing Salesforce backlog, writing "ready-for-dev" User Stories, and leading comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles 2+ yrs of Data Loader and CRM Analytics to drive data-led decision-making and maintain high-integrity reporting.
