Business Systems Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Quote to Cash, focusing on Customer Asset Management, Software Licensing, and Billing. Acts as a product owner, developing use cases and gathering requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Manages product support issues and coordinates with development for resolutions. Conducts end-to-end testing and facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) for software products. Proficient in Salesforce, Service Cloud, and ERP environments, with experience in subscription applications like Zuora; understands B2B/B2C models. Self-motivated and accountable, adept at driving solutions and working with diverse teams
