The Social Media Specialist develops, creates, and executes social media content and strategies to support marketing campaigns, promote products, drive growth, and foster community engagement. This role supports overall marketing, communications, and brand interaction efforts, monitoring performance analytics and helping ensure a consistent, positive brand experience.
Position Accountabilities
Create and execute social media content aligned with brand and campaign strategies to drive growth and engagement.
Manage day-to-day social presence, including scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, editing short-form social videos, monitoring reviews, and managing online reputation.
Oversee and maintain social content calendars and cross‑channel collaborations.
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Work occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed to support campaigns and real‑time engagement.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of social media and community management experience on a corporate, in‑house marketing team or at an agency.
Preferred: Bilingual Spanish (spoken and written) and direct selling experience.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive, resourceful, reliable, flexible, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
