About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven, creative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale our Email and SMS marketing programs. You’ll manage a list of over 500,000 subscribers and be responsible for building, testing, optimizing, and expanding campaigns and automated flows that drive revenue and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of all email and SMS campaigns

Build, edit, test, and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)

Develop segmentation strategies to increase personalization and engagement

Continuously A/B test subject lines, creative, timing, and offers to maximize revenue

Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance best practices

Collaborate with creative and design teams on messaging and assets

Analyze performance metrics (revenue, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV) and report on KPIs

Identify opportunities to increase retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value

Maintain and improve SMS growth strategy and list acquisition efforts

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing email and/or SMS marketing for an e-commerce brand

Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP

Proven track record of driving revenue through lifecycle marketing

Comfortable analyzing data and making optimization decisions

Understanding of segmentation, automation logic, and deliverability

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Skills

Experience managing a list of 100k+ subscribers

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing

Experience in subscription or retention-focused brands

Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
