About The Role As a Port Shopping Expert or Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of the EFFY brand. Your role includes:
Hosting dynamic onboard presentations and shopping events
Engaging guests with compelling stories and expert product knowledge
Providing tailored shopping guidance both onboard and in port
Collaborating with ship leaders to maximize exposure and impact
Running your own business with full support, training, and resources

Lead shopping presentations and guide guests to exclusive retail experiences onboard and in port.
Represent EFFY with confidence and class while engaging directly with guests and driving sales.
Deliver dynamic, high‑impact presentations that capture attention and convert interest into action.
Develop and implement shipboard strategies that elevate brand awareness and boost conversion.
