EFFY Jewelry is hosting a live, in-person casting call in New York City on March 12th and 13th for confident, dynamic personalities ready to take their talent global!
This is a performance-driven casting experience — not a traditional interview. Selected candidates will be considered for a 6-month contract role onboard luxury cruise ships, representing the EFFY Jewelry brand to international audiences. This is a live presentation role that blends performance, storytelling, and sales in a high-energy, guest-facing environment.
In this position, you will deliver live presentations to cruise guests, engage audiences of 50+ people, host interactive experiences, and drive sales through confident, compelling communication.
We are seeking individuals who can command attention, engage an audience, and bring energy to the room. While backgrounds in acting, hosting, broadcasting, hospitality, experiential marketing, or sales are valued, we welcome applicants from any background who demonstrate strong presence, natural charisma, and confidence on a microphone.
The position offers a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped, performance-based commission. Professional training and ongoing development are provided.
