This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Account Manager role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and insurance providers, and assisting with sales initiatives. Key daily tasks include overseeing policy renewals, addressing client inquiries, reviewing and updating insurance coverage, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for all clients.

Qualifications

Experience in Account Management and Customer Service with a focus on maintaining and developing long-term client relationships.

Knowledge of Insurance policies, coverage options, and compliance requirements in the commercial insurance sector.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build trust with clients and team members.

Sales skills to identify client needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and meet company sales goals.

Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account and policy management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in commercial or business policies, is a plus.
