The Role Our Client Services team is seeking an experienced Account Manager to help lead our client relationships and campaign delivery. With a strong understanding of social and digital marketing landscapes, you will support strategic direction, guide internal teams, and ensure work meets high-level business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in digital agency account management, including the entertainment and brand verticals. You are comfortable translating complex client needs into actionable strategies, collaborating closely with producers and designers, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of dynamic clients. Responsibilities include managing campaign planning, overseeing cross‑channel execution, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will work closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Because this role focuses heavily on integrated campaign management, a strong understanding of both social‑first content and performance metrics is essential.
Here’s What You’ll Do Client Partnership & Strategic Growth
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships through regular communication and a commitment to over‑delivering for partners like Disney, Warner Bros., and Prime Video.
Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, providing proactive strategic guidance and innovative campaign ideas that drive measurable results.
Identify and execute opportunities to seamlessly upsell and cross‑sell additional agency services, enhancing both client satisfaction and agency revenue.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor landscapes, and emerging digital trends to maintain a competitive edge for your accounts.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Deliver effective multi‑channel strategies across social media, banner/display ads, email campaigns, and high‑impact content production.
Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and align with client objectives across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Partner with analytics and strategy teams to prepare and present regular performance reports, utilizing KPIs and metrics to highlight key achievements.
Oversee all aspects of campaign planning from top to bottom, ensuring every execution is grounded in a deep understanding of the client’s industry.
Operational Excellence & Coordination
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, partnering closely with producers on campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday, and Sprout Social to maintain clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Handle client requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring effective resolution of any concerns with a solution‑oriented and positive attitude.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring internal teams are fully aligned with the latest client feedback and requirements.
Here’s What It Takes
Proven experience in account management within a fast‑paced digital or social agency setting.
Strong track record of managing clients within the entertainment, gaming, or brand verticals.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and strengthen relationships both with clients and inter‑departmentally.
Solid experience in campaign planning, strategy development, and cross‑channel execution (Social, Digital, Content).
Deep understanding of analytics methodologies, including the use of metrics and insights to drive strategic decisions.
Expertise in using project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to navigate tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Natural inclination to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results for the client.
