METHODIQ is ODDITY’s newest brand, built at the intersection of AI-driven technology and medical-grade skincare. Backed by ODDITY — the parent company of category-defining brands like IL MAKIAGE, the fastest-growing online beauty brand in the U.S., and SpoiledChild — METHODIQ is reimagining how data, clinical expertise, and personalization deliver transformative skin outcomes. Launched this fall, the brand is scaling rapidly. This is a rare opportunity to join early, work closely with a high-performing team, and directly shape how a new category is built. The Role

This role sits within the Customer Experience & Consumer Insights team and partners closely with Growth Marketing. You’ll help define how the brand shows up in real time — engaging directly with our community, identifying emerging trends, and translating social conversations into actionable insights that inform the broader business. Manage day-to-day engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms Respond to community inquiries authentically and with strong brand judgment Monitor conversations to identify recurring themes, trends, and customer signals Partner with Insights, Marketing, and Product teams to share community learnings Help build scalable playbooks and best practices as the brand grows Support initiatives that foster authentic community growth and brand trust Who You Are

Deeply fluent in TikTok and broader social platforms Exceptional written communicator with strong attention to detail and tone Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership Interested in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer tech Comfortable working on-site in a high-performance, in-person environment Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong pattern recognition — able to identify themes, signals, and insights across conversations High ownership mentality and strong judgment Naturally curious about people, culture, and consumer behavior Deep familiarity with social platforms and internet culture Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred Why METHODIQ

You’ll gain early exposure, real ownership, and visibility inside a fast-growing, tech-enabled beauty brand. As part of a lean team backed by ODDITY, you’ll help shape how a next-generation brand builds trust, connection, and loyalty with its community.
