We are a B2B service company, offering comprehensive mechanical services for hot side cooking equipment, stand‑alone refrigeration, specialty coffee and beverage, complex rack refrigeration and HVAC. We are growing the marketing team and are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to help drive and execute integrated marketing initiatives that promote Smart Care’s product/service offering and brand. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and external agencies to develop marketing materials, manage digital marketing programs, and coordinate industry events.

Job Description:
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including sell sheets, presentations, and supporting collateral used by sales teams. Create and publish marketing content across digital channels, including blogs, landing pages, press releases, and website updates. Produce and manage email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Manage end‑to‑end trade show logistics, from pre‑event planning and vendor coordination to post‑show engagement and reporting that elevates brand visibility and drives sales pipeline opportunities. Lead and optimize social media channels by creating high‑impact content, managing daily activity, and analyzing performance to accelerate growth. Partner with external agencies to develop on‑brand materials and ensure deliverables support marketing plans and defined business goals. Assist in developing and executing demand generation programs and tracks metrics to measure success. Develop internal corporate communications as needed. Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent writing skills and hands‑on content development Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to multi‑task Self‑starter who takes ownership of tasks and drives projects through to completion Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment The ability to work seamlessly, collaboratively, and positively across teams and functional boundaries Demonstrated history of personal integrity, accountability and follow through Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field A minimum of 2 years relevant marketing, communications, or related experience in B2B product, program and/or services marketing Hands‑on experience with multiple forms of content marketing (emails, sales enablement materials, social media, surveys, etc.) Knowledge of customer acquisition/sales funnels and what it takes to move people through these steps to accelerate the process Experience using data analytics to continuously improve and evolve marketing initiatives
