Marketing Specialist - Onsite, in office position at our Virginia Beach Campus
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team at ECPI University as a Marketing Specialist with a focus on digital and paid media advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in or some experience with Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, CTV platforms, and other digital advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of digital and paid media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, CTV, and other digital channels.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve results and maximize return on investment.
Manage and track creative assets and ad copy across multiple campaigns to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging ad creative and compelling copy aligned with campaign objectives.
Lead project management efforts for ongoing campaign optimizations and channel testing initiatives.
Coordinate and participate in meetings with platform representatives and external vendors to stay informed on new features, beta opportunities, and best practices.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital and paid media advertising.
Assist in creating reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Strong interest in or some experience with Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, CTV platforms, and other digital advertising platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with digital advertising tools, reporting platforms, and performance tracking.
