
Email Marketing Manager - B2B & B2C

Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a data-driven and technically proficient
Email Marketing Manager
to lead end-to-end B2B and B2C email marketing initiatives—from strategy, segmentation, and content planning to deployment, testing, and performance optimization. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing comprehensive email strategies that engage diverse audiences, including educators, administrators, and parents, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign execution, data segmentation, reporting, and continuous optimization. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall business and cross-channel marketing goals.
Define audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing programs to maximize engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey.
Own email marketing performance dashboards and present key metrics to internal stakeholders.
Track and optimize KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, traffic, and revenue.
Maintain best practices around deliverability, list management, and compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Manage data queries, configure HTML emails, and schedule deployments through enterprise email platforms.
Coordinate updates with internal stakeholders, including making basic HTML adjustments as needed.
Build campaigns using a content management system (CMS).
Perform QA checks to ensure flawless execution and accuracy across campaigns.
Partner with customer support teams to manage opt-out requests and list preferences.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and email marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email marketing across B2B and B2C audiences.
In-depth knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, automated workflows, lead scoring, and behavioral targeting.
Experience using enterprise tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, AEM, Movable Ink, Validity, Salesforce, and Marketo.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charting), PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with Dreamweaver or similar HTML editing tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
