About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President for its portfolio support group team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving value creation and EBITDA initiatives for the company's portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with portfolio executives across various industries to achieve key objectives. The ideal candidate should have a background in private equity, with a focus on portfolio operations, and at least two to three years of experience in this area. Additionally, experience from a top-tier consulting firm is highly valued.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading and supporting strategic projects to enhance the performance of portfolio companies, conducting in-depth financial and operational analysis, and working with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor the success of value creation plans. The role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and drive change. A strong educational background, preferably with a degree in finance, business, or a related field, is required. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple priorities, have a proven track record of success, and be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
