About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President of Operations to become a key member of its portfolio operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEOs of the portfolio companies, playing a pivotal role in driving value creation through various operational and commercial initiatives. This hands-on position requires a professional who can lead and influence high-impact, cross-functional projects, particularly in the areas of operational improvement, commercial initiatives, integrations, and 100-day planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in top-tier strategy consulting, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a total of 4-6 years' work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a top-tier strategy consulting environment. The role demands a candidate with a strong track record in leading and executing strategic initiatives, as well as the ability to work closely with senior executives to drive operational and commercial success.
