Seeking an experienced Vice President to execute investments across software and tech-enabled services. The firm deploys $100M+ equity checks and pursues control-oriented buyout transactions.
The VP will lead deal execution, financial modeling, diligence processes, and portfolio company value creation initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and management teams.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of relevant experience in private equity
- Strong background in software and tech-enabled services buyouts
- Demonstrated experience leading transactions end-to-end
