About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to join its private credit and private equity investment team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the evaluation, execution, and management of a diverse range of investment transactions within the lower middle market. This includes activities such as leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, management buyouts, refinancings, and growth financings. The role demands a high level of collaboration with senior leadership, direct involvement in investment decision-making, and oversight of the investment portfolio. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include managing and enhancing complex financial models, leading due diligence processes, and supporting portfolio companies through board-level engagement and strategic initiatives.
Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being preferred, and have 6-8 years' of relevant experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private equity, or private credit.
