About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to join its dynamic investment team, which is dedicated to providing debt capital to lower-middle-market businesses. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the full credit investment lifecycle, from origination to ongoing portfolio management. This pivotal role involves leading the underwriting and due diligence process for prospective credit investments, developing comprehensive credit memoranda, and engaging in detailed financial modeling to ensure the appropriate pricing and protection of each transaction. The Vice President will also be responsible for overseeing portfolio performance, maintaining strong relationships with private equity sponsors, and actively participating in the firm's fundraising efforts.
Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, restructuring, or related credit disciplines is required. The role demands a proven track record in underwriting, structuring, and executing credit transactions, as well as strong technical skills in financial modeling, credit analysis, and legal document review.
