The Company is in search of a Vice President/Principal to join its Investment Team. The successful candidate will be part of a senior investment role that involves the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to exit preparation. Key responsibilities for this position include evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, leading due diligence processes, preparing investment memoranda, and developing relationships with various stakeholders. The role also requires the management of external advisors, monitoring portfolio company performance, and supporting strategic projects such as add-on acquisitions and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory, with a focus on the industrial or manufacturing sectors, and will be expected to mentor junior team members.
