The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of senior leadership experience in relevant sectors, a proven track record of building cross-sector partnerships, and a passion for expanding workforce pathways and career mobility within the industry. Key responsibilities include team leadership, operational management, and fundraising strategy. The role demands an individual with exceptional strategic, organizational, and communication skills, who can drive alignment and collaboration across a complex stakeholder environment.
