About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be the ultimate guardian of the brand, responsible for developing and evolving brand strategy in line with growth goals and customer insights. This includes ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all locations and channels, leading rebranding or market repositioning initiatives, and driving a customer-centric category management strategy. The role also involves leadership of a diverse marketing team, managing agency relationships, and being the champion for customer needs and experiences.

Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling marketing departments, expanding loyalty programs, and deep expertise in lifecycle marketing and multi-channel campaign orchestration. Leadership experience in media planning, and measurement, and a strong proficiency in CRM and marketing analytics tools are essential. The role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to balance long-term vision with near-term execution. Experience in high-frequency, multi-location retail or travel/hospitality environments is a plus, as is knowledge of privacy regulations and best practices for customer data governance in marketing.
