The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Sponsored Schools, a role that is pivotal in providing strategic oversight for a network of all-girls, college-preparatory academies. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of critical areas, including financial sustainability, enrollment strategies, nonprofit board governance, marketing, fundraising, capital planning, and operational effectiveness. This position is the result of a comprehensive planning process and is designed to ensure that the schools continue to thrive and evolve while remaining true to their mission of academic excellence, faith formation, and leadership development.
Candidates for the Executive Director position should possess a combination of strong business acumen and a deep understanding of private education systems. The role requires a leader who can help the schools maintain their distinct identities and serve their diverse communities while upholding the values of service, confidence, and purpose. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, and a proven track record in the areas of financial management, enrollment growth, and effective governance. A background in education, particularly in a Catholic or mission-driven environment, is highly valued. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Members and the Congregation's Leadership Council to ensure that the Sponsored Schools continue to make a positive impact on the lives of their students and the communities they serve.
