The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to join their investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and executing debt financings for new investments and portfolio companies. This role involves acting as a key partner to the deal teams, providing education and support, and at times leading the full transaction process. A critical aspect of the position is the development and management of relationships with North American lenders. The ideal candidate will have a background as a VP or Senior VP with approximately 6-10 years' experience in infrastructure debt, gained in a lending, advisory, or capital markets function. Significant deal experience, including the ability to lead transactions through their entire lifecycle, is essential. The role requires excellent product knowledge across various debt instruments, including loans, private placements, ABS, and both greenfield and brownfield project financings.
