About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Equity Capital Markets group, with a specialized focus on digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the origination, structuring, and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions for clients in the digital infrastructure sector, including data centers, fiber networks, wireless infrastructure, towers, broadband, and digital services. Key responsibilities for the role include supporting senior bankers in client coverage, preparing and delivering market updates, and identifying new business opportunities. The VP will also lead the day-to-day execution of various transaction types, manage the due diligence and regulatory processes, and oversee the creation of offering materials and financial models.
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in equity capital markets, investment banking, or related product work, with a strong background in digital infrastructure or technology and communications sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of equity capital markets dynamics, the ability to work independently, and advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of maintaining sector expertise, including knowledge of business models, industry metrics, and regulatory considerations specific to digital infrastructure.
