
Enterprise Product Owner EPO

We are seeking an experienced EPO to drive delivery across automation and digital platform initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned to organizational goals and delivered successfully.
Technical familiarity is helpful, but strong product leadership, communication, and execution are the priorities.

What You'll Need
Agile Product Leadership:
Proven experience supporting delivery teams in Agile environments, ideally within large EPO organizations Strong Communication:
Comfortable working with both business leaders and technical teams Prioritization & Planning:
Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs Results-Focused Mindset:
Emphasis on business outcomes, process improvements, and end-user impact Key Responsibilities
Backlog Management:
Define, refine, and prioritize epics, user stories, and features Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders across business, engineering, security, and operations Delivery Support:
Lead sprint planning, refinement, and ongoing execution tracking Roadmap & Metrics:
Track progress, measure results, and adjust priorities based on performance data Requirements
Demonstrated experience as an EPO (or similar role) supporting EPO initiatives Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery experience Ability to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to automation, digital platforms, cloud tools, or modern EPO technologies Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira or similar) EPO certification (nice to have)
