Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical solutions.
Define and enforce architectural standards, governance, and integration patterns.
Own data modeling, sharing/security model strategies, and API design.
Custom Development & Engineering
Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
Implement custom user interfaces using LWC and modern UI frameworks.
Perform code reviews and enforce CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
Platform Leadership
Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and cross-functional teams.
Guide the organization on Salesforce roadmap, scalability, and platform capabilities.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Ensure Salesforce releases are properly assessed, tested, and adopted.
