Customer Service and Sales Representative Corona, CA Pay Rate: $20.00

You'll work right at the intersection of customer service and inside sales, talking with customers, supporting internal teams, and keeping orders and communication moving. It's fast-paced, people-focused, and never boring. What You'll Actually Do You'll talk with customers, support inside sales, and make sure orders don't stall out. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to keep details straight, timelines tight, and customers informed. This Role Is a Good Fit If You 2 years of inside sales experience in the aerospace industry. Strong communication skills via phone, email, and written correspondence. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily and dedicate a 2-hour block exclusively to customer outreach. Generate and follow up on quotes for laminated shims, spacers, brackets, and related products. Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the regional customer base. Respond to customer inquiries regarding purchase orders, quotes, and order status. Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in EstiTrack CRM. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer questions and escalate issues when necessary. Meet daily and weekly goals for calls, follow-ups, and documentation. The recruiter I worked with was very nice and understanding. They helped me find the job that was best for me.
