As a Customer Service Fraud Representative, your focus is handling various functions associated with fraud and abuse. You'll answer calls from both customers and non-customers as well as manual review calls. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other! Investigating and resolving customer issues Employing tools that detect and disrupt fraud schemes Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claims Working on a wide variety of investigations Qualifications
What You'll Bring To Spectrum Required Qualifications Experience:
Fraud or customer service: 1 year, Resolving difficult customer issues: 1 year Education:
High school diploma or GED Technical Skills:
Knowledge of cable/telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws/regulations related to fraud and risk management Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication Schedule:
Some travel required Preferred Qualifications General knowledge of Fraud operations, policies, and procedures Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Effective organization and time management when multitasking
