Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a close-knit and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a family-owned agency that values its employees and fosters an environment of organic growth. The successful candidate will manage a book of business consisting of standard personal lines accounts, with the potential to handle some small commercial lines. This role offers a hybrid work schedule after training, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $62,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Effectively manage a book of business. Handle daily tasks such as renewals, endorsements, billing, and client inquiries. Quote new and renewal business, primarily for call-in clients. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (independent or captive). Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
Technical Skills : Proficiency using agency management software. Soft Skills :
Strong communication skills. Desire for professional growth and a long-term career in insurance. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Dependable and detail-oriented.
