Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative
Screen Producer
to support the Lead Screen Producer in the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality screen imagery. In this role, you will help balance production capacity, control scope, and ensure the consistency and accuracy of UI across product imagery. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day screen creative and production workflow, including briefing, tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and final delivery Partner with the Lead Screen Producer to develop deep product-specific UI knowledge Collaborate with the Screen Creative team to brief and track all screen creative needs across functional teams Direct the Screen Content Program Manager on daily screen production priorities Provide guidance to functional teams regarding requested imagery, ensuring accuracy and proper approval routing Work within a collaborative, flat hierarchy to support Creatives, Producers, and Production teams Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and embrace new ways of working
Qualifications & Requirements 58 years of production experience at a creative agency Strong background in marketing content execution and experience design localization Proven ability to build positive, productive relationships with creatives and producers across advertising, video, interactive, print, and retail Experience shaping and guiding production processes across print, interactive, and video media Project management experience within an ad agency production facility or similar environment Ability to quickly adapt to new information, feedback, and shifting priorities Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
