About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Screen Producer to support the Lead Screen Producer in the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality screen imagery. In this role, you will help balance production capacity, control scope, and ensure the consistency and accuracy of UI across product imagery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day screen creative and production workflow, including briefing, tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and final delivery
• Partner with the Lead Screen Producer to develop deep product-specific UI knowledge
• Collaborate with the Screen Creative team to brief and track all screen creative needs across functional teams
• Direct the Screen Content Program Manager on daily screen production priorities
• Provide guidance to functional teams regarding requested imagery, ensuring accuracy and proper approval routing
• Work within a collaborative, flat hierarchy to support Creatives, Producers, and Production teams
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and embrace new ways of working

Qualifications & Requirements

• 58 years of production experience at a creative agency
• Strong background in marketing content execution and experience design localization
• Proven ability to build positive, productive relationships with creatives and producers across advertising, video, interactive, print, and retail
• Experience shaping and guiding production processes across print, interactive, and video media
• Project management experience within an ad agency production facility or similar environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to new information, feedback, and shifting priorities
• Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
