Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to optimize patient flow and streamline the intake process Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and reduce readmissions Coordinate with the clinical team to develop individualized care plans and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships Monitor and analyze patient flow data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to promote partnerships and optimize admissions Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and customer service Requirements: 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process improvement
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
