Now Hiring: Admissions Director

Hours: Full-Time, 1st Shift (8 hrs.) + On Call Requirements as Needed

Interview Method: Interview by TEAMS (virtual) only

Location: Local candidates only; must be able to commute to the Passaic County/ Bergen County area

Admissions Director Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the nursing home admissions process

Work closely with families, hospitals, and referral sources to ensure smooth transitions

Navigate Medicare/Medicaid applications, Medicaid-pending residents & reimbursement processes

Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis & procedure codes

Leverage Point Click Care for seamless record-keeping

Admissions Director Qualifications

High School Diploma

Experience in nursing home admissions & Medicaid processes

RN or LPN licensed in NJ

Strong leadership & customer service skills

Understanding of medical & nursing practices and regulations

Experience with admissions in Long Term Care
