West Coast Position Title:
Sales Representative The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, territory‑building opportunity for a true hunter. Someone who thrives on breaking entrenched supplier relationships and converting dissatisfied or fast‑growing customers into long‑term, strategic accounts. The organization is aggressively expanding its West Coast presence and has made it a strategic priority to fill and grow a major facility offering pressure‑sensitive, digital, flexographic, shrink sleeve, and select flexible packaging capabilities. This person who steps into this role will directly influence revenue growth, market penetration, and the utilization of a flagship manufacturing site. This is not an account management job. This is a rare chance to own the Western region's growth story, backed by a leadership team that removes obstacles, provides strong operational support, and rewards consistent pipeline building and quarterly growth. Those who excel here will grow a territory with enormous upside, benefit from leadership access, and join a culture where top contributors are recognized, supported, and compensated for producing meaningful new business. The Company
The organization is a dynamic player in pressure‑sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging—competing with the industry’s largest providers while maintaining an agile, supportive, growth‑oriented culture. It is recognized for: Exceptional internal support across estimating, customer service, production, and leadership A direct‑sales‑focused model calling on major brands and end users Deep capabilities and innovation in sustainability, including patented technologies Strong investment in growth, capacity, and commercial expansion For sales professionals seeking a platform with capacity, innovation, autonomy, and a culture that values performance, this organization stands out as a destination employer. The Boss
This role reports to a seasoned sales leader with deep industry expertise in labels, shrink, and flexible packaging. He is direct, transparent, and highly supportive of driven, new‑business‑focused sales professionals. He values team members who: Build and convert a strong pipeline Break down entrenched supplier relationships Identify growth or trouble situations Bring consultative, solution‑oriented approaches He moves quickly, prioritizes hiring, and is fully focused on expanding the Western region without delay. The Position
The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the organization’s presence across the West Coast with a primary emphasis on driving work into a key regional facility. Core offerings include pressure‑sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, digital print solutions, and select flexible packaging. This is a pure business‑development role for an aggressive, strategic hunter—not a caretaker of inherited accounts. While some existing business may be provided to aid onboarding, success is measured almost entirely through new customer acquisition and sustained growth. The role is remote and supported by strong internal resources, enabling the salesperson to focus on prospecting, discovery, solution development, and relationship building. Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)
