Position for plumbing, drain cleaning, heating and excavation company. Must have proven track record of success with sales.

We are looking for an experienced Sales executive, with a proven track record in sales, to join our growing Plumbing, drain cleaning, Heating and Excavation company.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in working in a fast-paced environment and be a strong leader with a good understanding of sales processes.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for selling systems, services and quotations to internal and external customers, increasing sales revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales strategy that will ensure that the company meets its objectives regarding sales, revenue, and profitability while maintaining our excellent reputation.

Organise and attend customer events and exhibitions to increase brand awareness.

Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.

Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

Track and report on sales forecasts and results.

Provide guidance in areas of pricing to ensure customer loyalty.

Create documents such as sales contracts and terms & conditions.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales at least 5 years.

A strong understanding of the sales process and closing techniques.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Experience using CRM systems to analyse customer data and sales trends.

Ability to motivate and lead a sales team with honesty and integrity.

Strong customer service approach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
