Member Service Specialist

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM

Provide customer education and promote sale of business and residential products and services.

Maintain knowledge and understanding of complex products and services including internet, phone, security, surveillance, Business Cloud Communications, SIP trunking, and related services.

Create and process service order tasks and schedule technicians for customer installations and other work.

Provide administrative support for Account Executives and Sales Engineer.

Perform receptionist duties including greeting customers, answering/transferring phone calls, receiving and posting payments.

Administer SRT directory listing. Maintain detailed records to ensure accuracy.

Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of technical developments and the skills needed to perform the job.

Sustain continuous process improvement perspective. Identify areas of improvement and participate in efforts for continuous process improvement.

Assist in the development of processes and procedures to improve and enhance performance and operational effectiveness.

Maintains current knowledge and adheres to company policies and procedures.

Participates in safety training and employee meetings.

Build effective working relationships with employees and customers at all levels.
